Seder
The main action of a holiday - seder. It is a special meal which is arranged in first two evenings of a holiday.
This meal passes under the established order so that each of participants has felt, as if he has left Egypt.
The meal on this meal has symbolical value and as though illustrates itself a narration about the Outcome.
On a table put wine, celebratory candles, a plate with matsa and a dish for seder.
On a dish for seder put maror (bitter herbs) to remind of bitterness of slavery. Then goes haroset - a mix of sweet fruit and nuts. If in this mix to add wine, by the form it will be similar to clay. This reminder on clay of which Jews - slaves made bricks.
Cooked egg - a symbol of vital resistance of our people: the more tests he should overcome, the he is more strong. Besides the egg is considered a symbol of grief on the destroyed Jerusalem Temple.

And, certainly, the main place in a meal borrows the story about the Outcome.
